Description

Seed is a starting parameter for random number generation used to calculate Start Time. Ifyou have two tasks, and they have strong positive correlations between their Start Times, you can make their seeds the same. For example: low start time of one task will coincide with low start time of another task. Seeds do not affect current schedule calculation.
