Exporting Projects
You can export project data to a variety of 3rd party applications.
While Microsoft Project no longer saves data in the MPX format, it
can still read this format. Many other applications, including
Primavera Project Management, AEC Software Fast Track, WBS Chart Pro
and PERT Chart Expert from Critical Tools and others support this
format.

Exporting data to MPX format
1. From the File menu, choose Export>
MPX and enter the file name. The Export Data dialog
box opens.
2. You can export either the current project schedule or the results
of the analysis. You must select the type of the schedule you want
to export. If you have not yet calculated calculation is not
performed yet, it will be done automatically when you choose the
second option. You can set this parameter as a default option in
Options > View tab.
• MPX files do not support all of a RiskyProject file’s
data, most importantly risks. Therefore, when you export data to MPX
file and import it back, you can lose information.
• To export data to Primavera Project Management use
Export > MPX Primavera.
